Getting started with Dana takes about two minutes. Sign up, connect your calendar and email, and your first meeting brief is ready.

Create your account

1

Go to danahq.com

Visit danahq.com and click Get Started.
2

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

Dana uses your work email to find your meetings, so sign in with the same account where your calendar lives. [TODO: confirm both Google and Microsoft are supported at signup]
3

Grant calendar and email access

Dana needs read access to your calendar and email to generate briefs. You can review exactly what Dana sees in our privacy docs.
4

Your first brief

Dana automatically generates a brief for your next meeting. Open Dana right before the meeting starts to see it.

What happens next

Once you’re set up, Dana works in the background:
  • Every meeting on your calendar gets a brief automatically
  • Briefs update as new context comes in — new emails, calendar changes, etc.
  • You can connect more sources like Dex, Slack, and Notion to enrich your briefs
Want better briefs? Set custom instructions to tell Dana exactly how you want them written.
